We appreciate your recent purchase of a Nook Sauna, and we hope that you are enjoying the numerous benefits it brings to your well-being. In the event that you need to make a return, we want to ensure a seamless and transparent process for you. Please review our return policy below:

Return Timeframe:

  • You have a 30-day window from the date of purchase to initiate a return.

Return Conditions:

  1. Within 80km of Manchester Metro:

    • If you are within 80km of these metro areas and encounter any issues with the product, your return is free of charge.

  2. Beyond 80km (Product Issue):

    • If you are located beyond 80km of the above-mentioned areas and experience issues with the product, you are responsible for covering the shipping fees for the return.

  3. Changed Mind (No Product Issue):

    • If you have changed your mind and there is no issue with the sauna, you are responsible for covering the shipping fees for the return, regardless of your location.
    • Additionally, a 5% restocking fee will be applied to cover handling and processing costs.
    • The refund amount will not include the 1.6% card fee. This fee is charged by the card processing company and is not returned to us when a refund is issued. We appreciate your understanding that this cost is outside our control and is non-recoverable.

Important Notes:

  • Please ensure that the sauna is returned in its original packaging and is in a resalable condition.
  • Returns will be processed within 5 business days upon receipt and inspection of the returned item.
